The new Radiohead is fantastic. If you haven't heard anything about it yet that's because so far it's only available for download through www.inrainbows.com

Also, Trent Reznor is also now w/o a record company. He's releasing a remix album of songs from "Year Zero". I can't wait for this to come out in stores because he's adding a CD with all the separate tracks on it so that you can do your own remixes. I did a remix of "Only" back when "With_Teeth" came out. It's interesting to see how you can start with something familiar and turn it in to something unexpected.

I downloaded a demo of "Ableton Live" (which took about 6 hours over my luxurious 56k modem). It's the coolest program I've worked with so far. Pity that you can't save in the demo version (will someone give me $300 so i can buy it???).

First off, a rather frightening story from the Guardian that is straight out of the Philip K. Dick novel Minority Report. Project Hostile-Intent? Micro-expressions? I'm going to start wearing a paper bag over my head so I won't get arrested for some elaborate plot to knock over a portable toilet in the name of Allah.....or something.

A rather poignant article from Reason Magazine concerning the bridge collapse in Minnesota and why our roads and bridges look like swiss cheese.

Ever wonder what topics presidential candidates won't touch with a ten foot pole wrapped in fire? Neither did I, but I laughed pretty hard at this post from 10 Zen Monkeys.
